Online coaching with me is a personalised experience where you get customised workout and nutrition guidance built around your life, goals, and preferences. We work together to make fitness and nutrition simple, sustainable, and enjoyable — not rigid or confusing. Through weekly check-ins, supportive messaging, and adjustments as needed, I help you stay consistent and progress toward your goals.  

My coaching packages vary depending on what you need — for example, the level of support, duration, and your specific goals. I offer options that suit different budgets, and you’ll know exactly what’s included before you commit so there are no surprises.

Everyone’s body adapts differently, and progress depends on things like how closely you follow your training and nutrition plans, your consistency, lifestyle, and starting point. Some people notice changes in a few weeks, others in a few months — but if you’re committed and consistent, you will see results and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. 

Your nutrition plan is fully tailored to you — with meals you’ll actually enjoy and that fit your lifestyle. I provide simple, balanced options and educate you on portions, macros, and healthy habits so you build confidence around food instead of following a strict “diet.” I absolutely cater for dietary restrictions like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and more.  

You can train wherever works best for you. Whether it’s a gym, your living room, or outside — I’ll design workouts that fit your space, equipment, and schedule.
 
Progress tracking is kept simple and focused on what actually matters. We track your progress through a combination of weekly check-ins, progress photos, optional measurements or scale weight, and how you’re feeling overall — including strength, energy levels, and consistency.
 
Each week, you’ll check in with me so I can review how things are going and make any adjustments needed to your training or nutrition. This approach allows us to focus on real progress, not just numbers on a scale.
